Abstract

This is a study on the rights of patients in Islamic law, and given the abundance and diversity of these rights, it has been limited to two rights, namely: the patient's right to medical care, and the right to preserve his dignity. It has made research in two topics preceded by an introduction, as follows: Introduction: In defining the right and its divisions. The first topic: the patient's right to medical care. In it, she talked about the most important rights branching off this right, which are: his right to life, his right to receive appropriate health care, his right to enlightenment, his right to independence, and his right to confidentiality and privacy. The second topic: the patient's right to human dignity. She spoke about his right to respect and appreciation, his right to justice and equality, and the right to protection. Then she concluded the research with a conclusion that includes a summary of the research and its most important results.
