الملخص
یهدف هذا البحث الى بیان مقصدین ضروریین من مقاصد الشریعة السمحاء، جاءا لحفظ الدین والنفس والفکر، لیبنیا أجیالا واعیة محصنة فکریا بالسعة وقبول الآخرین، ترغب الناس فی دین الله تعالى، وتدعوهم الى منهج الحق بالحکمة والموعظة الحسنة من غیر تعنیف ولا توبیخ ولا عداوة ولا کراهیة تحقیقا لقوله تعالى (إن أرید الا الإصلاح ما استطعت) فتحرر العقول من الأوهام والأوهام، وتقودهم الى بر الأمان بأمان، فرسخت الشریعة هذین المقصدین فی أذهان المسلمین لیکونوا فیما بعد دعاة حیاة لا موت، وحب لا بغض، وسلام لا سیف، لیتبین أن العفو والسلامة هما السمة السائدة التی امتازت بها هذه الشریعة وما سواها لا یمت إلیها بصلة، ومن ثمة تم تأصیل مبدأ ان الخطأ فی العفو خیر من الخطأ فی العقوبة، فلذا جاء هذا البحث مبینا لجوانب هذا الملخص من خلال الاتی: المقدمة: وفیها أهمیة الموضوع وسبب اختیاره. المبحث الاول: بیان مصطلحات العنوان. المبحث الثانی: تأصیل مقصدی الاعتدال والسلام. المبحث الثالث: أهمیة الاعتدال والسلام فی نشر التعایش السلمی وبناء القیم. المبحث الرابع: منهج الإسلامیة فی تطبیق مقصد الاعتدال والسلام فی الواقع المعاصر. الخاتمة: وفیها اهم النتائج التی توصل إلیها البحث.
