الملخص
الحمد لله ربِّ العالمین, والصلاة والسلام على نبینا محمّد معلّم أحکام الدین, وصحابته الغرّ المیامین, والتابعین ومن تبعهم بإحسان إلى یوم الدین.إن التراث الإسلامی الذی ترکته لنا أعلام هذه الأمة المحمدیة لا ینفذ ولا ینتهی، ونحن لسنا سوى أقلام تعاملت مع جزء صغیر من ذلک التراث العظیم، فتحریت فیه مجموعة من القضایا الفقهیة التی تناولها العلامة الرملی على البحر الرائق، وفی قسم العبادة، تناولت کتاب الصلاة وأحکامها، وکان عملی فی البحث تحقیق جزء منه من بدایة المخطوطة إلى صلاة المریض. تم الجمع بین النسخ الأربع مع بعضها البعض ، ثم خرجتُ الآیات القرآنیة والأحادیث النبویة ، وتوثیق الکتب والمصادر ، وتعریف المعلومات والکتب، وعمل الهوامش، ثم ثبتُ المراجع والمصادر.
